For Two: An Innovative Electric Scooter for Sharing

Revolutionizing Personal Mobility with Safety and Sustainability

Personal mobility is gaining worldwide attention as the next-generation mobile transportation solution. However, safety concerns have hindered the popularity of personal mobility vehicles. In response, T&T Good Terms has developed For Two, an electric scooter designed specifically for tourists and locals in popular tourist destinations. With its improved safety features and eco-friendly design, For Two aims to provide a unique and sustainable mobility experience.

For Two stands out from other electric scooters with its innovative features and strengths. Not only is it an electric vehicle, but it also utilizes an Energy-on-air (EOA) battery, which offers enhanced safety and environmental friendliness compared to traditional lithium-ion batteries. The EOA battery eliminates the risk of explosions and ensures proper disposal, making For Two a responsible choice for eco-conscious travelers.

The design of For Two prioritizes user-friendliness and accessibility. Its three-wheeler structure makes it approachable and easy to use, especially for individuals who may be unfamiliar with traditional electric scooters. The support function for smooth cornering adds an element of fun to the driving experience. Additionally, For Two is equipped with a built-in GPS system, allowing users to easily navigate their way through the city and locate nearby replacement vehicles when needed.

Size-wise, For Two measures L1725mm * W700mm * H1140mm, making it compact and maneuverable in crowded urban environments. Its compact size also contributes to reducing traffic congestion and environmental pollution caused by traditional transportation methods such as rental cars.

For Two operates as a rental service at tourist destinations, eliminating the need for users to install new apps. Instead, they can use their existing messenger apps to inquire, obtain information, and rent the scooter conveniently. The built-in navigation system provides maps and guidance to the user's destination, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience. When technical issues arise, For Two guides users to the nearest replacement vehicle. Once the destination is reached, the built-in screen offers various payment options, further enhancing user accessibility and convenience.

The development of For Two was not without its challenges. T&T Good Terms conducted extensive research to understand the customer experience and improve upon existing personal mobility vehicles. Through interviews with tourists and rigorous driving tests, they were able to enhance the safety of the three-wheel structure. Adjustments were made to the wheelbase, and a tilt function was incorporated to ensure safe driving.

Since its inception in April 2018 in Seoul, For Two has garnered recognition for its innovative design and practicality. In 2020, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Vehicle, Mobility, and Transportation Design category. This prestigious award recognizes For Two's well-designed, practical, and innovative features that meet professional and industrial requirements. It is respected for integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.

For Two is not just an electric scooter; it represents a shift towards sustainable and safe personal mobility. With its unique features, eco-friendly battery, and user-centric design, For Two offers a new way to explore tourist destinations while minimizing environmental impact and promoting safety.
